I truly understand the difficulties of being a college student, especially during "uncertain times" (aren't we tired of hearing that!). I came to UNC as a freshman in August 2020 and was sent home after just two weeks. We all know how challenging that was for our mental health and academic success. As a yoga instructor, I am constantly encouraging students to tune into their own body and mind for self-help and stress management. As a neuroscience student, I have the scientific evidence to back it up. MindFull is my passion-project aiming to share that message with as large of an audience as possible. The app is custom-made for the college student running low on time and experiencing high levels of stress. Take part in wellness behaviors throughout your day and track your personal growth with brief journal entries. It's so relaxing and low-pressure you won't even notice how much progress you're making.
