200-hour Course-Certified Yoga Instructor

During the year of 2020 I took a 200 hour online yoga teacher certification course with the Yoga & Ayurveda Center. In Fall 2021 I began my first yoga instructor job at UNC Campus Recreation. I sequence and teach two 60 minute classes every week to members of the Carolina community.
